VARdetto exclusively embeds videos published on YouTube via the official embed (iframe) mechanism. We do not upload, copy or store videos on our servers — content is streamed directly from YouTube.

• The video is publicly available on YouTube.
• The channel owner has enabled embedding for the video.
• You are not submitting videos you know to infringe third-party rights.

Legal responsibility for video content belongs to the YouTube channel that published it. However, it is our collective duty to ensure that no illegal material circulates on the platform.

By using VARdetto and registering as a user, you fully accept these Terms and Conditions of Use. If you do not accept them, you may not use features reserved for registered users. You may still visit the platform as a guest and read public content.

VARdetto is an amateur community platform dedicated to analysing and debating refereeing decisions in Italian Serie A. The platform is not affiliated with, sponsored by or approved by Serie A, FIGC, YouTube LLC or any other official entity. Community analyses represent fan opinions and have no official value.

It is strictly forbidden to submit, share or promote content that:

• Contains material illegal under Italian or European law.
• Includes gratuitous violence, hate speech or discrimination of any kind.
• Infringes third-party copyright without authorisation.
• Violates YouTube's community guidelines.
• Is defamatory, slanderous or damaging to another's reputation.
• Has commercial, advertising or spam purposes.

VARdetto reserves the right to remove any content deemed inappropriate or illegal without notice. To report illegal content, contact us at info@vardetto.it.

• Provide accurate information when registering.
• Do not impersonate other users or entities.
• Do not attempt to circumvent the platform's security or moderation systems.
• Use the platform in good faith and with respect for other users.

VARdetto has a moderation system for submitted clips. Every clip is subject to approval before being published. We reserve the right to reject or remove clips that do not comply with these Terms.

VARdetto is an amateur, not-for-profit platform. We do not guarantee continuous service availability or the accuracy of community analyses. We are not liable for damages arising from use of or inability to access the platform.

Personal data collected (email address, nickname) is used solely to operate the platform. We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties. You may request account deletion at any time by writing to info@vardetto.it.

VARdetto may update these Terms at any time. Registered users will be informed of significant changes and will need to accept the new Terms to continue using the platform as registered users.

These Terms are governed by Italian law. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable resolution. If no agreement is reached, the Court of Milan shall have jurisdiction.
